It is Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 Standard what more needs to be said. Great features for those administering the system. Easy to interface with mobile devices. OWA is great as well. Essentially the backbone of most of our communication. A great tool that has only gotten better over the years can't be without it. Great product. Microsoft has come a long way since Exchange 2000, The DAG is one of the best features MS has introduced.
Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 Standard is reliable, and easy to manage. There is a lot of places where it is hard to find what you're looking for, but there is enough help out there to get you where you need to go. Outstanding. Highly recommended! Very solid performance. Performed an upgrade from 2003 to 2010 with minimal issues. (Lots of testing in lab server beforehand.) Almost chose 4 stars due to pricing (too high), upgrade difficulty/risk, and ridiculous policy towards Online Archives requiring an additional copy of Outlook for non-VL customers. Besides that, it's been a smooth ride. Everything that has gone wrong or confused me is very well documented due to it being popular. Can't go wrong with Exchange 2010.
