Support Service & Troubleshooting (1 Hour Remote Session)
There are no product specifications.
This service will consist a remote session with one of our experienced tech agents to help troubleshoot your problem. It will be a maximum of 1 hour of support on common tech problems. Internet connection is required for this support session.
These are common issues we can help take care of. If the session goes over 1 hour, we would be able to finish the job at our hourly rate to help resolve your problem. We will let you know beforehand if we expect the session to go over 1 hour.
