VMware is the industry king. The offer an incredible feature set and pretty good support. Troubleshooting the command line requires some knowledge but that's a given. VmwareVsphere With Operations Management Enterprise Production Support Subscription 1 Year is pretty solid and reliable, provides so many more options than Microsoft's Hyper V offering (although admittedly costs a lot more too). Can't say enough great things about this product. We're 100% virtual on the server side and now moving to VDI with View on the desktop side. The centralized management an control is unparalleled.
VmwareVsphere With Operations Management Enterprise Production Support Subscription 1 Year is the standard in virtualization. Very easy to use, both paid and free versions. I started testing on the free ESXi and will never leave. Consolidation of p2v couldnt be easier. Granddaddy of them all. They have a lot of good features that would be needed by the Enterprise based company, but for SMB's can be a killer to moving to Virtualized environment.
VmwareVsphere With Operations Management Enterprise Production Support Subscription 1 Year is the enterprise standard. With excellent support and compatibility from so many software and hardware vendors, you'll be sure you can run a stable and flexible environment. So many of VMware vSphere's features are mature and have been proven reliable and stable, unlike other vendors who are playing catch up and are just now rushing to offer some of these capabilities. I'll stay away from these "beta" offerings! I trust VMware and the majority of the industry does as well.
