VmwareVsphere With Operations Management Enterprise Production Support Subscription 3 Yearsis as good as it gets. We virtualized everything we could almost 3 years ago. It's been rock solid and easy to maintain. I've absolutely no issues with it. We're currently on operation managments and will be going to use it for a while now. There's never been a moment where I've wished I went with Hyper-V or XenServer. VMware is awesome. Amazing product. Being able to backup a VM and simply copy it over in the event one of our low end remote branch office servers fails and just import the VM and boot it up - greatness.
We upgraded to VmwareVsphere With Operations Management Enterprise Production Support Subscription 3 Yearsonce a driver was available for our SAN. What an awesome version! Everything seems to run better and more smoothly. Using the update manager works like a charm for new versions and driver installs! Great product, minimal footprint so you can easily install on an SD card or USB stick. Lots of features and allows for very granular configuration of the guest VM's
The best virtualization platform out there. VMware is ahead of the game compared to other virtualization software in performance, features, and stability. I love the hypervisor itself, I hate that they took away the console. I miss being able to customize my deployments and write scripts and run my backups from a crontab... Just started upgrading my VmwareVsphere With Operations Management Enterprise Production Support Subscription 3 Years server to vSphere Hypervisor. Altough I had to upgrade some backup and maintenance (patch) scripts and procedures to be compatible with the new version, I am still very happy about the performance and ease-of-use of this product.
