Annoyed at having to create a Microsoft account to download and install the product, but other than that the process went swimmingly. Did NOT have to do the phone activation procedure.

First, great prices! Not the dirt-cheap-because-its-pirated-or-we're-just-gonna-flat-rip-you-off prices, but great-deal-and-less-than-you'd-pay-elsewhere-AND-it's-legitimate prices. And seriously, the second option is cheaper in the long run anyway. Second, I wanted it in a hurry, and the download link and product key showed up less than 10 minutes after I ordered.
As far as activation, the internet activation worked like a charm the first time I installed it. And then I had to uninstall it because I had tried to do it side-by-side with Office XP. That didn't work, so I uninstalled both versions and reinstalled just this version. The internet activation worked fine then too. And then I uninstalled and reinstalled because I wanted to put it on my D: drive instead of C:. Well, you can't do that (thanks Microsoft), but the online activation worked again. There may have been a couple other uninstalls/reinstalls too...it was a long day. Activation worked fine each time. But then when I uninstalled it to put Office 2010 on this computer instead, and moved this software (Office 2013) to my Amazon Cloud Server... well, that was one installation too many. I actually had to go with the phone installation that time. But the activation worked fine, and hopefully I'm done with installations!

Very happy with ordering process and the product. I had previously opened a Microsoft account which is simple to do and this saved a couple of steps. It really only takes a few minutes and you can be up and running with the new software. I ordered mine during Pacific Time office hours but did not need any support although I felt it was available if and when needed. Thank you My Choice!
